Abstract
ABSTRACT
Integrated service post (Posyandu) is extension of the health center that provides targeted health services and monitoring the whole community/family, especially the new baby birth, babies, toddlers, pregnant women, nursing mothers, postpartum mothers, and couples of childbearing age (EFA). But from the results data collection in Siwal Village, questions and answers direct observation to target service users Posyandu results that; 1. Most babies and toddlers do not have MCH books containing weight charts child's body according to age and immunization schedule so that impact on the mother's lack of knowledge about the benefits child weight chart by age and schedule immunization, 2. Very low for mothers of infants and mothers of toddlers utilizing posyandu facilities, it can be seen from the large number of using posyandu every month, 3. Lack of cadres moving mothers of babies and toddlers on the day of implementation Integrated Healthcare Center. Activities aim to accelerate reduction in maternal and infant mortality. Activity Posyandu is more directed to promotive efforts and prevention through the integration of 5 activities, managed from community and for deep society the activities are carried out by posyandu cadres according to provisions of 5 people who voluntarily devote himself as a posyandu officer, then trained by health center officer who is responsible for the posyandu. In the training delivered related to the implementation of posyandu and mobilization activities carried out by cadres under the person in charge head of village government.
