PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN PEREMPUAN DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI
Abstract
This study aims to explore the influence of female leadership in developing organizational culture using quantitative methods. The study employs a survey design involving 100 respondents from various organizations in Indonesia. Data werecollected through a questionnaire designed to measure employees perceptions of female leadership styles and their impact onvarious aspects of organizational culture, such as innovation, collaboration, and work ethics.
Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics to identify correlations and significance between the independent variable (female leadership) and the dependent variable (organizational culture). The results of the studyindicate that female leadership has a significantly positive impact on the development of organizational culture. Specifically, it was found that inclusive and collaborative female leadership styles significantly contribute to the enhancement of innovation and teamwork within organizations.
The implications of these findings highlight the importance of female leadership in creating a more dynamic and productive work environment. This study provides insights for organizational leaders and policymakers to support and encourage the participation of women in leadership positions to strengthen organizational culture.
