This study looks at how Yogyakarta e-wallet users' behavioral intentions are influenced by user experience and trust. The quality of user engagement and trust in platform security are crucial factors for sustained use of digital payment services due to their growing popularity. A quantitative explanatory technique is used in this study. A five-point Likert scale was used to measure the primary data collected through questionnaires given to Yogyakarta e-wallet users. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS was used to process the data. According to the data, behavioral intention and user experience are positively and significantly correlated, and trust also has a favorable and significant impact. The contribution of trust is more than that of user experience. The results suggest that in order to promote sustained usage, e-wallet providers must combine dependable security, transparent information, and consistent service quality with easy and effective user interactions.
