PERAN DAN STRATEGI PUSAT INKUBASI BISNIS USAHA KECIL (PINBUK) TERHADAP PEREKONOMIAN USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH

Abstract

PINBUK is a non-governmental organization concerned with developing small and medium enterprises in Indonesia. This has been realized by building and developing an Islamic Microfinance Institution called BMT/Sharia Cooperative Baitul Mal wat Tamwil (Kopsyah BMT). Problems and challenges in the socio-economic development of the Indonesian nation that have been going on for a long time and have not been resolved until now due to problems of poverty, unemployment and growth gaps. For this reason, handling it must be a top priority, the responsibility of all components of the nation and cannot be postponed under any pretext. The purpose of this study is to see how PINBUK's role and strategy are in improving the welfare of the community. The method used in this research is library research or literature review by collecting data from several books, websites and updated journals. The results of this study indicate that the target of BMT is to serve people with lower middle income and the economically active poor. During that time, the development of BMT in Indonesia cannot be separated from the support and role of the Small Business Incubation Center (hereinafter abbreviated as PINBUK) in encouraging the establishment of BMTs in Indonesia.
