Abstract

Kutai Kartanegara Regency is one of the districts that received a grant from the central government in the form of the Sustainable Food Court (P2L) program. A program designed as an effort to fulfill a nutritional balance for families, especially vegetables which is implemented through the Women Farmers Group (KWT) program. The implementation of the P2L program also targets areas that are prone to stunting and food insecure priority areas. In the area of Kutai Kartanegara Regency there are 2 (two) KWTs that carry out P2L and can serve as examples for other KWTs, namely in Jongkang Village, Loa Kulu District and Muhuran Village, Kota Bangun District. The research objective is to understand the implementation of the Pekarangan Sustainable Food (P2L) program as a social policy to prevent stunting from an early age in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, especially in Jongkang Village, Loa Kulu District and Muhuran Village, Kota Bangun District. The results showed that overall the two KWTs, both from Muhuran Village and Jongkang Village, had tried to carry out one of the central government's social policy missions through the P2L program, which was to help prevent the development of stunting cases, because in both villages there were children with stunting status, even with significantly different amounts
