Abstrak

Many residents of West Tamberu village whose area is still far from BRI BANK and are not aware of the existence of BRI LINK products with BRI LINK services ensure that the community can know and directly know the use of BRI LINK services to carry out banking transactions. The purpose of this study was to find out the marketing strategy carried out by BRILink Agents in West Tamberu village in an effort to attract the interest of the people in West Tamberu village. This type of research is field research (Field Research), namely research whose subject is related to information and data about the BRILINK product marketing system in accordance with the conditions that exist in Tamberu Barat Village. Based on the results of research that has been carried out on BRI Link Agent customers, the people of West Tamberu Village are very interested in using the BRI Link service because it provides convenience in making transactions such as transfers between BANK Top Up games, online shopping, electricity payments and many others, in the current era transactions using the BRI Link service can really help people who live in areas that are far from the BANK directly. The results of the study show that marketing strategies are very important to attract customers to make transactions at their place of business, technology and social media also have an important role because it is seen from one BRI Link Agent who uses marketing strategies through social media and brochures to attract many customers to make transactions at the place.. Therefore the need for an increase in marketing strategy in a business is very important and should follow the flow of the times and the latest technology
