Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif adalah kunci untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mengubah suasana organisasi formal menjadi lingkungan yang santai dan kooperatif untuk mengurangi ketegangan antar karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rganizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai moderasi. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 270 karyawan BRI yang tersebar di Indonesia. Teknik analisis menggunakan software Smart PLS. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi mampu memoderasi Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan
