PENCEGAHAN TINDAK PIDANA TANPA PIDANA (PREVENTION STRAFBAAR FEIT WITHOUT PUNISHMENT) OLEH KARANG TARUNA STUDI PENELITIAN DI WILAYAH KARANG TARUNA DESA PILANGPAYUNG

Abstrak

Prevention of criminal acts without punishment is an effort that can be carried out by every party in order to realize control of criminal acts in the community. Prevention of crime can be done in a rational way by society. Youth organization Bima Taruna Jaya is a social organization at the Pilangpayung village level which is currently active in various activities through planned and measurable work programs, so that through the youth organization's work program, rational efforts can be realized to prevent criminal acts. This research uses a normative-empirical research method. The results of the study show that the duties and functions Youth organization has been set in Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2019 Concerning Youth organization. Efforts to prevent criminal acts without criminal penalties have been carried out by Youth organization bima taruna jaya Pilangpayung village through rational efforts that have been implemented through various work programs Youth organization bima taruna jaya Pilangpayung village.
