Implementasi aplikasi keuangan digital berbasis web BUMP dalam mendukung efisiensi administrasi keuangan pondok pesantren Syubbanul Wathon

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of the BUMP web-based digital financial application in improving the efficiency of financial administration at Pondok Pesantren Syubbanul Wathon. This study employed a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The research involved five informants, consisting of one Head of BUMP, one treasurer, one system operator, and two tellers, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data validity was ensured using source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of the web-based digital financial application improves the efficiency of financial administration by accelerating transaction recording, integrating data storage, facilitating real-time cash flow monitoring, and supporting more effective financial reporting. In addition, the system reduces manual recording activities and minimizes the potential for human error in financial administration. However, its implementation is still constrained by unstable internet connectivity and users' varying levels of technological competence. Therefore, improving technological infrastructure and providing regular user training are necessary to optimize the implementation of the digital financial system.
