Abstract

Digitalization that is happening at this time changes the activities that are carried out directly, which can be done indirectly. One of the impacts of digitalization in the economic sector is the existence of fintech. One of the benefits of having fintech is that muzakki can make ZIS payments anytime and anywhere. This study examines the determinants of the success of using fintech as a ZIS payment method. Respondents from this study amounted to 206. The analytical method used is PLS with the statistical tool SmartPLS 3. The results of this study are that the success of using fintech in ZIS payments is influenced by satisfaction and use of fintech by muzakki. Fintech users are only influenced by the quality of the fintech and are not influenced by the information provided by the fintech. The satisfaction of fintech users is influenced by the quality of the information produced and the quality of fintech.
