NIAT BISNIS ONLINE MAHASISWA : PERAN BUSINESS EDUCATION, GLOBAL MINDSET MELALUI DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY ADOPTION
Abstract
Penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan survei penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi 245 mahasiswa Prodi S1 Bisnis Angkatan 2020-2021, data responden uji instrument valid dijadikan sampel penelitian 55 responden. Alat analisis menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Ringkasan temuan bahwa niat berbisnis online mahasiswa dipengaruhi secara langsung positif signifikan oleh business education(t-statistik 5,622 > 1,673 dan p-value 0,000 <0,05), global mindset (t-statistik 2,318 > 1,673 dan p-value 0,012 <0,05) dan adopsi digital marketing(t-statistik 4,502 > 1,673 (p-value 0,000 <0,05). Sedangkan untuk niat bisnis online mahasiswa dipengaruhi secara tidak langsung oleh business education (t-statistik 2,161 > 1,673 (p-value 0,018 <0,05) dan global mindset (1,919 > 1,673 (p-value 0,043 <0,05) dengan mediasi adopsi digital marketing. Temuan lain, business education dan adopsi fintech tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat berbisnis online mahasiswa. Untuk peran mediasi adopsi fintech tidak berpengaruh pada hubungan business eduction dan global mindset pada niat bisnis online mahasiswa.
