PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN CAREER DEVELOPMENT TERHADAP EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT PADA PEGAWAI ASN SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KABUPATEN TANA TORAJA

Abstrak

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and career development on employee engagement among ASN employees of the Tana Toraja Regency Regional Secretariat. This study uses a quantitavie approach with a sample of83 employees from a total population 0f 111 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement among ASN employees of the Tana Toraja Regency Regional Secretariat, both partially and simultaneously. Partially, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement wit a t-value of 4.536> t table 1.664 and a significant value of 0.000< 0.05, career decelopment also has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement with a calculated t value of 2.812> t tabel 1.664 and a significant value of 0.006<0.005. Simultaneously, organizational culture and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement with a calculated F value> F tabel and a significant value <0.005.
