Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work procedures and work facilities on the effectiveness of employees' work. Respondents in this study a number of 32 employees, data obtained through the submission of a questionnaire, data analysis using multiple linear regression. The result of the research is that the correlation coefficient value is 95% which can give an understanding that there is a relationship between work procedures and work facilities with employee work effectiveness. The higher the value of the correlation coefficient obtained, the closer the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable.While the value of the termination coefficient (R2) aims to determine the effect of work procedures and work facilities with employee work effectiveness. The termination coefficient value is 90.3% which can give an understanding that there is a significant influence between work procedures and work facilities and employee work effectiveness. Thus it can be explained that the effect of work procedures and work facilities of 90.3% has a significant effect (sig 0.000) on the effectiveness of employees' work, while the remaining 9.7% is influenced by other equations outside this study. There is a significant effect between work procedures and work facilities with employee work effectiveness, thus the decision of this study is to accept the hypothesis Ha. It can be concluded that the T-Test and F-Test obtained a value greater than the T-table and F-table, so that in this study the Ha hypothesis was accepted and the Ho hypothesis was rejected.
