Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Person Organization Fit (POF), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and burnout on the performance of BSI KC Adam Malik employees. The population in this study were all employees working at BSI KC Adam Malik, namely 44 employees. This study used a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique in which the number of samples was 44 samples. Testing the hypothesis in this study will use the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) data tester version 23. The data used is the result of a questionnaire distributed to all employees of BSI KC Adam Malik. The results of this study indicate that partially Person Organization Fit (POF) has a significant positive effect on employee performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and burnuot has no significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven by the partial test results on the POF variable which obtains a comparison value of t-count with t-table which is 7.186 > 2.022 with a sig. 0.001, the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable gets a comparison of t-count with t-table is 8.231 > 2.022 with a sig value. 0.001, and burnout gets a comparison value of t-count with t-table is 1.877 < 2.022 with sig. 0.068.
