Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Dengan Disiplin Kerja sebagai Variabel Moderating (Studi Pada Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda Dan Olahraga Kabupten Boyolali)

The objectives of this study are: To examine the effect of work motivation, work environment on work performance partially or simultaneously and the influence of ape motivation, work environment on achievement through the work discipline of employees of the Boyolali Regency Youth Education and Sports Office. The sample in this study researchers took 100% of the total population of employees at the Boyolali Regency Youth Education and Sports Office, which was 110 respondents The data analysis used in this study was Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed a calculated value of 5.912 and a ttable of 1.671 (tcalculate > table) while the probability value of 0.000 or greater than 0.05, meaning that work motivation was proven to have an influence on work performance then the calculated value was 4,611 and ttable was 1.671 (tcalculate > table) while the probability value was 0.000 or greater than 0.05, meaning that the work environment was proven to have an influence on work performance Conclusion in this study Covering work motivation is proven to have an influence on work performance so that the first hypothesis in this study is accepted, the work environment is proven to have an influence on work performance so that the second hypothesis in this study is accepted.
