Abstrak

Every company is required to face various challenges, both at the national and global levels. Therefore, competent and adaptive human resources are essential. PT. Pamintori Cipta Mandiri, as a company engaged in the procurement of goods and services, recognizes the importance of job training as a strategy to improve employee performance, especially in the procurement division, which plays a vital role in ensuring project success. This study aims to examine how training is implemented and its impact on improving employee performance in that division. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validity is tested through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The results show that the job training provided has been well-executed, from planning to evaluation. Employees showed positive changes after participating in the training. Their performance also improved, particularly in terms of work quantity, quality of results, and timeliness. This study concludes that job training has a positive impact on enhancing employee performance in the procurement division.
