Abstrak

This study examines the Analysis of the Effect of Employee Performance, Regional Minimum Wage Increase (UMR) on Organizational Commitment. This research was conducted at companies in Yogyakarta, the sample used in this study amounted to 50, and the analysis tool used was PLs and used SPSS as the tool. Is there a positive influence between employee performance on organizational commitment, is there a positive effect on employee performance on increasing the Regional Minimum Wage (UMR), is there a positive influence between employee performance on organizational commitment through increasing the Regional Minimum Wage (UMR) as a mediator in a company in Yogyakarta .
