The decision to purchase tickets on the KAI Access application is motivated by the increasing use of digital transportation services, with the aim of analyzing the influence of trust, convenience, security, and quality of information on purchasing decisions using quantitative methods through the PLS-SEM approach, which shows that convenience and quality of information have a significant effect on user purchasing decisions. This study was conducted on KAI Access users in Purwokerto with a purposive sampling technique of 150 respondents. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The results showed that ease of use had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a p-value of 0.039, while information quality had a positive and significant effect with a p-value of 0.000. Meanwhile, the variables of trust and security did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with p values of 0.876 and 0.818, respectively. Research findings show that users consider aspects of
ease of use of the application and quality of information more than trust and security factors when purchasing tickets through KAI Access.
