Tinjauan Sistematis Tentang Integrasi Keuangan Digital dalam Pasar Keuangan Syariah: Risiko dan Tantangan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis tantangan serta risiko yang dihadapi dalam integrasi keuangan digital pada pasar keuangan syariah. Fenomena yang dikaji berfokus pada ketidakpastian regulasi, keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, serta kesulitan memastikan kepatuhan syariah dalam pengembangan produk fintech syariah. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengikuti protokol PRISMA untuk memastikan akurasi seleksi literatur. Data dikumpulkan dari database Scopus dan Web of Science, dengan kriteria publikasi dalam delapan tahun terakhir (2017–2025). Sebanyak 23 artikel terpilih dianalisis dengan teknik tematik dan naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tantangan utama dalam pengembangan keuangan digital syariah meliputi ketidaksinkronan regulasi, keterbatasan literasi masyarakat, kesenjangan infrastruktur digital, serta keterbatasan kompetensi DPS (Dewan Pengawas Syariah) dalam pengawasan teknologi. Risiko yang teridentifikasi antara lain risiko ketidakpatuhan syariah, risiko kehilangan kepercayaan pasar, risiko keamanan data, serta risiko stagnasi inovasi akibat keterlambatan adaptasi teknologi.
