Abstract


Quality of Human Resources affects the development of an organization or company. Its development is supported by adequate education and training for SDI. Education and training are a place for a company to convey the message, goals, vision, and mission to be targeted. The achievement of the relay of knowledge that can be assessed from the evaluation of education and training consists of several aspects such as Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and output. This research uses descriptive qualitative method to build views and describe the research subject in theory and concept. The results of this article research that the implementation of education and training provided by EOA Club as a trainer (KSPPS) Simpul Blessings Synergy received positive reactions from students who can receive learning in accordance with company goals seen from performance, behavior, vision, mission to mindset and spirit at work.
