Determinan Faktor Keinginan UMKM Untuk Menggunakan Layanan Fintech Syariah; Studi Kasus UMKM Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat

Abstract


Penetrasi pesat dari perkembangan teknologi telah merubah landskap wajah perekonomian Indonesia menuju digital ekonomi dan teknologi keuangan (fintech), termasuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) terus menghadapi masalah klasik seperti pendanaan, marketing digital, bahkan sampai manajemen keuangan yang menghambat pertumbuhan usaha. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor intensi UMKM dalam mengadopsi layanan fintech syariah di Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana data didistribusikan melalui kuesioner kepada 98 pedagang UMKM dan dianalisa dengan model Smart PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modeling) dengan meleburkan dua teori terkenal dalam memprediksi perilaku individu dan penerimaan teknologi, Model Penerimaan Teknologi (Technology of Acceptance Model TAM) dan Teori Perilaku Terencana (Theory of Planned Behavio/TPB. Hasil nya Persepsi Kegunaan (PU), Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan (PEOU) berpengaruh signifikan pada Sikap Terhadap Perilaku (ATB). Hal sama Sikap Terhadap Perilaku (ATB), Persepsi Kontrol Perilaku (PBC) mempengaruhi Intensi Berprilaku (BI). Sebaliknya, Persepsi Kegunaan (PU), Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan (PEOU), Norma Subjektif (SN) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Intensi Berprilaku (BI). Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada kebutuhan kolaborasi antara regulator (OJK) dan seluruh stakeholder termasuk UMKM untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dengan terus melakukan edukasi produk dan layanan fintech syariah dengan harapan UMKM bisa berintegrasi dengan fintech syariah tidak hanya dalam pembiayaan, tetapi juga pada peningkatan skala usaha, keuangan, sumber daya manusia dan lainnya.
