ANALISA KEMAMPUAN SOFT SKILL MAHASISWA UNTUK KESIAPAN TERJUN DI DUNIA KERJA (STUDI KASUS MAHASISWA STMIK SINAR NUSANTARA SURAKARTA)

Abstrak

One of the objectives of the Merdeka Belajar policy is to increase the competency of graduates, both soft skills and hard skills, so that they are more prepared and relevant to the needs of the times, preparing graduates as future leaders of the nation who are superior and have personality. And the first main tertiary performance indicator in the Freedom to Learn policy is that graduates get decent jobs. This study aims to determine the effect of soft skills, communication skills, collaboration skills and integrity on student work readiness. Data collection was carried out online via a Google form using a structured questionnaire. A total of 51 research samples were recruited by purposive sampling method. This study uses the SmartPLS statistical analysis tool to process the data. The results of the study show that student integrity has a significant positive effect on work readiness. While the ability to communicate, the ability to cooperate does not affect student work readiness. The value of R2 = 0.651 explains that about 65% of the variance of the student work readiness variable is caused by the student integrity variable in the model.
