Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of kaizen culture on Employee Performance at the Wonogiri Regency Land Office (ATR/BPN). This research is a comparative casual research. The population of this research is employees who work at the Wonogiri District Land Office (ATR/BPN). These data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires, documentation, and literature studies. Tests were carried out on 58 employee samples. This Instrument Test includes the Validity Test and Reliability Test. Hypothesis Testing includes Multiple Linear Analysis, t Test, F Test and Determination Test. Based on the results of the data analysis, it shows that the Kaizen cultural variables together have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Wonogiri Regency Land Office Employees. The application of the Kaizen culture in the Wonogiri District Land Office (ATR/BPN) needs to be optimally improved by its employees. Keywords : Kaizen culture, 5s work culture.
